ROTATABLE SUPPORT FOR APPROACH LIGHT MAST

The rotatable support, as the name suggests, refers to a foldable pole support with a rotatable mechanism at the top, which can fold the foldable pole as a whole and lower the approach lamp to the ground to complete the maintenance and repair work of the approach lamp. The support is composed of pillars, balance bars, rotating mechanisms, winch devices, limit and safety devices, ladders, and other auxiliary accessories.
The pillar is installed on a concrete foundation to provide rigid support for the entire device. The foldable bar is installed on the upper part of the rotating mechanism, and the balance bar is installed on the lower part of the rotating mechanism. During normal operation of the approach lights, the balance bar is locked with the lower locking mechanism to maintain stability of the easily folding bar. When the approach light needs maintenance, release the lower locking mechanism, and use the winch and steel rope to lower the easily folding rod to lower the approach light to the ground. After maintenance is completed, restore the folding rod and approach light to their operating state in reverse order. The balance bar can balance the weight and height of different easily folding bars, ensuring safe and convenient operation, all completed on the ground.

INTEGRATED AVIATION LIGHTS INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

The integrated navigational lighting intelligent maintenance system is an intelligent maintenance system that integrates the support structure and lifting device. It can independently support folding poles and navigational lighting fixtures, as well as provide lifting functions. It is a perfect substitute for traditional lighting towers.

The system consists of a rigid tower body, guide rails, basket, power drive device, intelligent control device, and safety protection device. The rigid tower body is installed on the foundation to provide support, the guide rails are installed on the tower body, the basket is installed on the guide rails, and the foldable rod is installed on the basket.

The operator operates the intelligent control device on the ground, and the basket moves up and down along the guide rail driven by the power device. The easily folding rod then rises and falls in half, thereby lowering the navigation aid lamp to the ground for maintenance. After maintenance is completed, the operating device will restore the lighting fixtures to the navigational aid working state, and the entire maintenance process can be completed by one person.

AUXILIARY AVIATION LIGHTS INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

The auxiliary navigation lighting intelligent maintenance system is installed inside the traditional lighting tower, consisting of a base, guide rail, fixed link, basket, pole opening and closing device, power drive device, intelligent control device, and safety protection device. The base is installed on the foundation, and the guide rail is installed on the base and fixedly connected to the external iron tower through a fixed connecting rod. The basket is installed on the middle guide rail, and the easy folding rod is installed on the basket. The top of the easy folding rod is equipped with an opening and closing device.
In response to the problem that the top space of traditional iron towers is smaller than the horizontal bar of lighting fixtures, our patented product, the light pole opening and closing device, can fold the horizontal bar in half to allow light to pass through the opening on the top of the iron tower.
The operator operates the intelligent control device on the maintenance platform located at a height of 16m. The opening and closing device retracts the light pole, and the basket moves downwards along the guide rail inside the tower driven by the power device, lowering the navigation aid lights to the maintenance platform. The operator completes the lighting maintenance work on the maintenance platform. Afterwards, the operating device will restore the lighting fixtures to the navigational aid working state and complete the maintenance work. The entire maintenance process can be completed by one person.
